ONLINE STORE SHIPPING, PRIVACY AND RETURNS POLICY
Please note the following policies apply to our online store customers only. We use express Australia Post bags for all of our shipping. We charge a flat rate of $9.00 even on multiple items* If your order is placed before 4pm, we will endeavour to dispatch your item for next day delivery. We aim to get your goods out to you within 1-3 working days in metro areas and 1-5 working days for country/rural areas. We will ship any exchanges free of charge once only. However we do reserve the right to charge for excessive shipping costs on chosen exchange items. Any requests for exchanges there after are at the cost of the customer. International Shipping will be available soon.
SALE ITEMS: Items reduced to a sale price may have slight imperfections and or minimal shop soiling caused through the garments being tried on. We are happy to refund or exchange your item under the below listed returns policy if you are unhappy with your item.
Returns:
We will accept returns for any reason under the condition that the item is still as new and provided you ensure the following:
Slip your item into an Australia Post Pre-Paid Express Post Satchel ensuriong the item is wrapped in the same manner as you received it; you will be issued with a small sticker containing the tracking id. Please email Eve boutique with this number for our reference. If this is not provided we will not take any responsibility if lost in transit. Please use only Express or Registered post as these types provide tracking should your return/exchange go missing. Please do not use normal post as this does not provide any tracking.
Ensure that your items are sent back neatly and wrapped inside to keep them clean and dry. Any items received in less than new condition will not be accepted.
Please Note:
In the event of a return or exchange, we must be notified within 3 days of you receiving your garment/items if you require a refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges must be received by us no later later than 1 week after you received your item.
If you do not notify us of a return and or the item is returned out side of the 7 day return policy you will either be refused a refund or charged a 25% fee due to the garment being made unavailable for sale for longer than necessary.

OUR GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION IS FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY AND CAN BE WITHDRAWN AT ANY TIME. Any items returned with this promotion must be returned with the gift.
For example if you order a piece of jewellery with a different coloured crystal to that of which we stock.
REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED FRIDAY OF EVERY WEEK.

*Please Note: For large quantity and/or value orders, we reserve the right to charge a flat re-stocking fee of $10.00 if the majority of the order is returned to cover admin costs.
